Understanding the requirements of the clients, we are manufacturing a wide gamut of Air Sterilizer and Depyrogenation Tunnel for Ampoule, which are fabricated in compliance with CGMP design criteria. These are designed with a continuous process maintaining an ISO 5 environment along the hole length and width of the conveyor belt in accordance with ISO 14644-1 requirements. The machine is divided into two important sections, which are Air Handling Equipment and the Process Chambers. AHE is low noise high static blowers, which takes the air through 5 micron filters and delivers laminar air through HEPA filter of 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 micron. Air is heated before being blown down on the HEPA filter to achieve even distribution and temperature uniformity. The heating elements are made from ISI 304 stainless steel, which are thyristor controlled and located on the hot zone chamber door for easy maintenance. Further, in Process Chambers or Drying Zone, the glass containers are entered from the up-line washers and treated with clean vertical laminar air and vaporize. • High effectiveness • Superior functionality • Smooth operations • Low maintenance
